Well known fashion brand Tokyo Laundry were looking for a cutting edge responsive design that focussed on usability and style. Promotions, targeted emails and affiliate traffic play a large part in site traffic and revenue, so optimising journeys for these segments was important. Simultaneously, fashion conscious organic traffic and repeat custom is maximised via the blog, clean design, extensive use of lifestyle imagery, and targeted landing pages. Integration with storefeeder and extensive reworking of the product data works in tandem with the design to help deliver a clean, quick and straightforward user journey from landing to delivery.

Achieving goals

Fisheye delivered a fully responsive, mobile first website, that massively increased revenue and conversion compared YOY post launch. The site provides the client with greater control to create and manage campaigns and merchandise content. Integration with an OMS provides true multi-channel commerce which has streamlined order management and fulfilment processes.
